The Challenge

Description

EPBI healthcare dashboard: claims status, payer mix, payment ratios, and patient transports.

The company needed to discontinue Tableau, the current analytics platform, and transition to Birst Business Analytics for more robust data exploration and business intelligence capabilities. 


Led UX design for migrating healthcare analytics from Tableau to Birst, creating interactive dashboards that transformed how customers explored and understood their product data.

ePCR dashboard: billing metrics, intervention success rates, narcotics, and transport types.

A live, fully functional prototype built directly in Birst, was presented to stakeholders across all levels - from developers and database analysts to product owners and the CEO. 


The demo generated genuine excitement, with teams eager to adopt the new dashboard experience. 


Beyond the immediate improvements in usability and data accessibility, I established scalable visual branding guidelines that empowered analysts to replicate the design across future dashboards, ensuring lasting consistency and quality.

UX Design Process
