ZOLL needed to migrate from Tableau to Birst Business Analytics to provide enterprise customers with deeper business intelligence capabilities across their healthcare product suite.

I led UX design for this platform migration, creating a customizable dashboard system that transformed how EMS, Fire departments, and company Admins explored their operational data across Billing, ePCR, Road Safety, and CAD products.
