Clinical Application UX for DaVita Healthcare Partners

DaVita Healthcare Partners relied on disconnected legacy applications across their dialysis clinic network. I joined a centralized UX team to redesign six clinical modules spanning patient documentation, ICD-10 diagnostic coding, facility and schedule management, ePrescribe and refill workflows, insurance coverage, and payer intelligence. Users ranged from bedside nurses and PCTs to billing coordinators and clinic administrators.

I visited DaVita clinics to observe workflows firsthand, translated compliance and business requirements into high-fidelity Axure prototypes, and worked within a shared Kendo UI component library to maintain consistency across all modules. All screens were approved by product managers, project managers, and UI leads without revision loops.
