Discover user Demographics, Bios, Want/Needs/Goals, Ease of Use, Pain Points, and Motivations.

This collaborative persona workshop brought together EMS and Fire personnel to identify key user types for the customer-facing website. Using sticky notes to capture stakeholder insights, the session revealed distinct user demographics, goals, pain points, and motivations that shaped persona development.
